Once your order is placed, our team will begin crafting your ring specifically for you. Every engagement ring is made to order and carefully tailored to your selected diamond and specifications. Before production begins, you’ll receive an initial CAD rendering of your ring to review and approve. Production typically takes 4–6 weeks once the CAD is confirmed. Once complete, your ring will be shipped overnight via UPS with full insurance and signature required for delivery. Throughout the process, our team is always available for updates or questions along the way.

Yes, your ring will come with a grading certificate from one of the following gemological laboratory: such as GIA, IGI, or GCAL depending on the diamond selected. Yes. Your engagement ring will come with an appraisal document that can be used to obtain jewelry insurance coverage. We highly recommend insuring your ring as soon as you receive the appriasal it to protect against loss, theft, or damage.

Yes. We offer a 90-day warranty covering repairs related to the ring mounting and accent stones due to manufacturing issues. Please note that center stones are not included under this warranty, which is why we strongly recommend obtaining jewelry insurance for additional protection and peace of mind.
