schedule a concierge appointment
Schedule a concierge appointment either in our showroom or virtually. During this time, you will work 1-on-1 with one of our jewelry specialist to determine your design needs.
If you have heirloom stones you would like to incorporate, bring them with you to your appointment.
design together
During our first meeting, we will discuss budget, design details, and the center stone for your ring. We will hand select stones + mountings for you to review & chat out all the details!
This process can seem intimidating, but no reason to panic! We're here to guide you every step of the way.
cad + resin
After your appointment(s), we will finalize all of the details with you. Once approved, we will begin the production process!
We will create a 3-D rendering of your ring & review it with you. we will make changes to your design until it's perfect.
Upon request, we can create a wax mold of your future ring to try on.
Production
Our master jewelers then cast the ring, set the stones, and run all the proper testing to ensure your ring is perfect!
Your special piece should be complete within 3 to 6 weeks from the time of approval + submission of the final design. You'll receive the piece perfectly presented in Embark branded packaging along with a certified appraisal.
