You must be at least 8 years of age and must have an adult present for those under the age of 18.

If your child becomes upset or unwilling to get their ears pierced, we will postpone the service until you feel your child is able to comfortably continue with the ear piercing procedure. It's important to us that the child feels excited, comfortable, and willing to go through the process!

We kindly request that only the child getting their ears pierced be present for the appointment. If you have other children with you, we ask that another adult supervises them during the piercing to ensure a safe and focused environment.

Yes! We will need you to fill out the following consent form for each person getting pierced. Consent Form

We offer a vast selection of fine and demi-fine studs to choose from with both flatback and butterfly back options. We do not pierce with hoops or screw-backs. All of our studs are hypoallergenic (no nickel, lead, or brass) and safe to pierce.

You can not bring in your own pair of earrings.

We recommend cleaning your new piercing daily with our Active Skin Repair or a sterile saline solution. Be sure to wash your hands thoroughly prior to cleaning or handling your piercing. Never turn or rotate your jewelry and avoid sleeping on the piercing.

Healing times vary on location. The average healing time for a piercing on the lobe is 6-8 weeks, while the helix will take 6-12 months.

Once you’re fully healed, you’re free to switch it up. Keep your flatback in (it’s made for everyday comfort), or swap in new styles whenever you want.

We typically pierce with 8mm flatback lengths that gives room incase of any swelling. As your new piercing heals you may notice the flatback length is too long. At this time you may schedule a change out appointment with us to switch the flatback post down to a smaller length. We also offer our change out kit that gives you the tool and choice of flatback length to switch it out yourself.

Yes, but we may guide you on spacing and timing to make sure everything heals properly.
